Research indicates the countless ways gratitude helps our mental, physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. I am working on a project to understand gratitude and what it truly means to you, as well as what you perceive as challenges to a practice of gratitude.
Project Gratitude combines quantitative and qualitative research in a report and web-series to explore the role of gratitude in our lives.
